Working Out Or Tuck It In

Carla and I have been going real hard to make things proper in our worlds. When my 3rd spousal relationship finished, , and let us only say it is over, please, I only knew it was time to force a change. Not just some shift, I’m talkin’ a serious shift, sweetheart.

But it only looks like everyone wishes to keep me down. Life’s so rough, ain’t it? When I visited my doctor to discuss the tummy tuck price I had been quoted, he only ragged me regarding finding the proper form of fitness. He knows I have been doing everything I can, smearing on the scar zone cream and getting all my beauty salon equipment to earn their price.

But he just continues lecturing me about diet and fitness, telling me that my body will improve over the long-term if I treat it like I care for it it.

He’s big on bicycling, but I told him cycle seats bother me and I just can’t fathom putting on those small cycling shirts. Is he attempting to abase me? At least he got a bit more moderate when he began speaking about things I could do in the solace of my own home.

Exercise bikes might surely work better for me than bicycling out in the open and weight benches and exercise mat are a bit more my speed.

Yet I likewise feel that I obtain enough fitness in my day-to-day life. Just last calendar week I got tons of exercise tugging around Carla’s garden cart while we decorated her yard for her sister’s party. Arranging the outdoor bench layout for outdoor party seating after moving the Weber Grill made for some good weight lifting. And then the stretches and movement required to make all those set right was like aerobics.

Maybe it sounds like I am making excuses. I do not care, girl, that was hard work! After all that decoratin’ and partyin’ I bet I burned 1000 calories. I challenge some treadmill joggin’ fool to press garden carts around for three hours and reckon how they feel.

I don’t mean to sound whiney. I’ll get it all in concert. I just wish individuals would sometimes center on what I have accomplished instead of what I still must do. I know it isn’t simple being you, but it isn’t easy being me, either. We all have to work strong to be prosperous, I venture.
